The Company was incorporated in 2005 and has been established in the Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Amiri Group of Companies holds the balance 51% in the Company. Amiri Group specializes in Retails, Buildings, Imports and Exports.

The company is still in the infancy stage, though the Company has bid for many Infrastructure and Building projects in the United Arab Emirates , the Company has received Letter of Intent (LOI) for one project in Dubai , United Arab Emirates . The Project consists of the construction of Villas in the Jumeriah Beach Area in the United Arab Emirates.
